Eating Disorders & Disordered Eating Counselling

​Our counselling services provide compassionate, evidence based support for individuals struggling with eating disorders and disordered eating patterns. Our approach explores the emotional, psychological, and behavioural roots of these challenges, helping you uncover triggers, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and rebuild a more positive connection with food, your body, and movement. You don't need a formal diagnosis to feel the strain of these patterns - they can impact physical health, emotional wellbeing, and self-esteem. You don't have to face this alone - support is here for wherever you are on your journey.

We are working with adults (Age 18+) and provide sessions in Polish and English.

Fee: 75 euro pers session

​

48-hour cancellation policy applies for all services.

If you do not provide the notice at least 48 hours in advance, you will be charged full fee.​

Holistic Mental Health & Nutrition Coaching

This coaching approach is grounded in the principles of mind-body nutrition, focusing on how thoughts, emotions, and beliefs impact your digestion, metabolism, and overall wellbeing. Together, we'll explore mindful eating practices, the power of relaxation during meals, and the role of pleasure in enhancing nutrient absorption. By listening to your body's wisdom and honouring its unique needs, you'll learn to develop consistent eating rhythms, transform limiting beliefs about food, and address emotional triggers that influence your relationship with eating. This personalised, holistic process helps you nourish both your body and mind for lasting health and balance.

Our approach to personal training focuses on joyful movement, mental wellbeing, and building a positive relationship with your body - free from diet culture pressures. This is about finding strength, confidence, and energy through exercises that feel empowering and supportive, not punishing. Whether you're starting your fitness journey or reconnecting with movement, we prioritise inclusivity, kindness, and your unique goals, creating a safe space where all bodies are celebrated.
