INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING
Eating Disorder
Counselling
"You don' need a diagnosis to deserve support"
Eating disorders and disordered eating exist on a wide spectrum. Whether you're caught in a binge-restrict cycle, struggling with purging behaviours, feeling gripped by food rules and rigidity, or simply exhausted by constant food noise - this is a space for you.
Anna's counselling approach explores the emotional, psychological, and relational roots of eating struggles. Rather than treating behaviours in isolation, sessions look at what eating patterns are communicating - about identity, safety, control, comfort, and self-worth.
Drawing from Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Dynamic Eating Psychology, sessions are non pathologising and non-diet in orientation. You don't need to be 'sick enough' to need support.
THIS SERVICE IS FOR YOU IF...
You struggle with binge eating, emotional overeating, or restrict-then-binge cycles
You have been diagnosed with anorexia, bulimia, ARFID, BED, or another eating disorder

You feel out of control around certain foods or in certain situations
You have a complicated relationship with your body, movement, or exercise

SPECIALIST COACHING
ADHD &
Food Coaching
"Eating with neurodivergent brain is genuinely different - and deserves genuinely different support"
ADHD affects virtually every aspect of eating - from the impulsivity that leads to fast, unplanned food choices, to the hyper focus that means forgetting to eat all day, to sensory sensitivities that make 'just eat anything' advice unhelpful and dismissive.
Anna has her own lived experience of ADHD, diagnosed in adulthood, and understands firsthand how neurological factors shape food behaviours. This coaching is grounded in that understanding - and in practical, flexible strategies that work with ADHD brains, not against them.
Sessions explore the feast-or-forget cycle, emotional dysregulation and food, executive function challenges around meal planning, impulsive eating, and the complex interplay between ADHD medication and appetite.
THIS SERVICE IS FOR YOU IF...
You have an ADHD diagnosis (or suspect you might) and notice food patterns linked to it
You cycle between forgetting to eat entirely and impulsive bingeing or grazing
Meal planning feels impossible - you start with good intentions, and it falls apart quickly
You eat impulsively when stressed, bored, overstimulated, or emotionally dysregulated
You have sensory sensitivities that limit what you can eat comfortably
Your appetite is significantly affected by ADHD medication and you're unsure how to manage this
You've tried standard nutrition advice and it simply doesn't stick - and you're tired of blaming yourself

SPECIALIST SUPPORT
GLP-1 Behavioural
& Psychological
Support
"The medication changes what you eat. This support changes how you think and feel about food"
GLP-1 receptor antagonists (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro and similar medications) are changing the landscape of weight and appetite management. But they come with a gap: the psychological and behavioural side of the journey in rarely addressed by prescribers.
What happens when your appetite disappears and you lose the emotional relationship with food you've had your whole life? How do you handle the shift in your identity, your social life, your sense of self? What happens if you stop medication?
This programme was developed specifically to fill that gap - addressing body image shifts, food fear, habit formation, the grief of losing food as comfort, and building psychological resilience for long-term, sustainable wellbeing on and beyond GLP-1 medication.
THIS SERVICE IS FOR YOU IF...
You are currently taking or considering GLP-1 medication and want psychological support alongside it
You've noticed your relationship with food changing dramatically and aren't sure how to navigate this
You feel anxious about what happens when or if you stop the medication
You're experiencing shifts in body image, identity, or how people treat you - and this brings complicated feelings
Your social life, family dinners, and enjoyment of food have been disrupted in ways that feel like a loss
You want to build habits and psychological tools that will last beyond the medication
You have a history of disordered eating and want to make sure GLP-1 medication doesn't worsen it
